Submitted details go to the verification queue — a batch rep confirms your batch, and your city coordinator confirms your current details, before login access is granted.
We'll extract your name, batch, company, position and city from the CV so you can review instead of retyping — you confirm everything before it's submitted. Demo only: this prototype fills sample values rather than truly reading your file.
Pick any state and district, choose which chapter it belongs to (or start a new one), and every alumnus in that district is grouped into it automatically. Everyone newly mapped to a chapter — and anyone moved out of one — is emailed automatically.
Renaming also notifies everyone currently mapped to it.
Simulated — every chapter change below queues an automated email to each affected alumnus's registered address. No real emails are sent from this prototype.
